On July 8th, the blue collar competition commendation conference of Chongqing Hailiang Copper Industry Co., Ltd. (Chongqing production base of Hailiang) closed successfully. Chongqing Hailiang general manager Li Geng, vice general manager Tong Chuan, head of Hailiang blue collar promotion team Xiong Shuangkui, members of the blue collar promotion team, the responsible persons of each department of Chongqing Hailiang, as well as employees of the blue collar posts, etc. participated in this commendation conference.

On the conference, Tong Chuan summarized the blue collar engineering construction work: the copper pipe and copper bar production department has sorted out and summarized 3029 knowledge points since the implementation of the blue collar engineering project, rated 109 excellent blue collar employees through a series of blue collar skill competitions, including 2 Level I blue collars, 12 Level II blue collars, 26 Level III blue collars, 51 Level IV blue collars and 18 Level V blue collars. One 1st prize, 7 2nd prizes and 16 3rd prizes have been rated through competitions.

Level I blue collar employee Liu Gangbin addressed by representing the blue collar employees: As a grass-root production employee, my objective is to improve the theoretical knowledge and operation skills through constant study and practice, so as to complete the production tasks with high quality and high efficiency, and guarantee the product quality of the company. Hailiang blue collar eco- system engineering is also a platform for the employees to complete and improve themselves, all the employees obtain more professional knowledge and skills through the training and study of standard textbooks and examination on required knowledge, make up their deficiency in theoretical knowledge and become more excellent employees of Hailiang.

After awarding the blue collar level certificate, Li Geng put forward three requirements on continuously carrying out the normalized management work of blue collar subsequently: 1. Consolidate the achievements of the eco-system construction of blue collar posts, constantly discuss and complete, and implement into work practically; 2. Apply what learnt into practice, integrate the blue collar textbook into actual operation, so as to improve the overall level of Chongqing Hailiang; III. Keep the fighting spirits, conduct the normalized management work of blue collar with full enthusiasm, and display the new style of the blue collars of Chongqing Hailiang.

Xiong Shuangkui had high evaluation for the construction work of the blue post eco-system engineering of Chongqing Hailiang and had retrospection on the promotion work of blue collar engineering project. The blue collar promotion group of Hailiang and Chongqing Hailiang blue collar promotion group jointly established complete operation norms and standards through constant cooperation, carried out a series of systematic trainings and assessments, and completed the blue collar engineering construction work of current stage excellently. Besides, He also put forward the requirement of continuously developing the blue collar work, and wished Chongqing Hailiang to keep on making efforts, so as to become a model enterprise in the Southwest China.
