On March 13, Hailiang held 2023 special training conference on the collaboration with the advanced office tool, Lark.

The conference was organized by the Information Management Department of Hailiang and invited successful experts of ByteDance to share their experience, aiming to accelerate the full implementation of Lark in Hailiang, promote work process optimization, organizational iteration and upgrade, and digital transformation of the enterprise.

The value of the tool is not only limited to communication and collaboration, but also carrying of organizational concepts, shape of organizational behavior, and promotion of organizational iteration. Combining with the development history, management practices and corporate culture of ByteDance, the training instructors introduced the underlying logic and management concepts of Lark in detail.

In the practical session, we led the trainees to experience basic operations such as calendar, video conferencing and documents, as well as unique functions such as knowledge base, subscription accounts and multidimensional tables, to give them a deeper understanding of how to improve communication efficiency through online collaboration of cloud documents, and how to use knowledge base and enterprise encyclopedia to achieve knowledge and experience sharing across the entire group. Trainees also had on-site exchanges and practices to address questions during the learning and application process.

The digital collaborative office project is one of the key projects in Hailiang’s digital transformation. In the future, Hailiang will continue to work with Lark to provide special guidance and training of “Efficiency Pioneer” for its various businesses. With the help of Lark, Hailiang will keep building a comprehensive enterprise collaboration and office integration platform to improve collaboration efficiency and organizational effectiveness and effectively enhance Hailiang’s digital capabilities.
