    In 2018, Hailiang Zhejiang Base's Precision Parts Business Division began developing intelligent manufacturing processes, and Liu Jingming seized the opportunity to become one of the first "creators" in the field. In order to better learn and apply new equipment and processes, Liu Jingming and his colleagues went to equipment manufacturers in Shanghai, tirelessly learning the operating procedures and maintenance methods of the equipment day and night.

    From nothing to something, from something to maturity. Over the past five years, he has been tireless, always rooted in the frontlines of intelligent manufacturing, like a nail, becoming a solid cornerstone of Hailiang's intelligent manufacturing.

Continuous Improvement and Innovative Exploration

    In 2019, the team led by Liu Jingming won the title of Advanced Team of the Year for the intelligent bending and pushing machine. Under his leadership, the entire team embodies the advanced spirit of not fearing hardship, being dedicated to their jobs, and daring to innovate.

    In response to the problem of easy wear and frequent replacement of the shaping head for ordinary chromium 12 materials, Liu Jingming and his team actively discussed and courageously experimented, eventually solving the problem. According to statistics, the cost savings amounted to over 400,000 yuan per year.

    The conventional fixture of the bending and pushing machine was prone to abnormalities at the mouth end of the workpiece, often resulting in equipment alarms due to improper clamping. After careful analysis and active communication and experimentation, Liu Jingming's team successfully resolved the issue, greatly reducing the equipment alarm rate caused by missed clamping, saving labor costs of approximately 14,000 yuan per year.

     In the pursuit of lean production, Liu Jingming improved the design of the mold rack and classified and positioned the molds, significantly reducing the time spent matching molds, improving production efficiency, and saving labor costs of approximately 2,700 yuan per year.

     The list of his numerous small improvements goes on, making outstanding contributions to cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and high-quality development of the company.
